Vi Katoshi became the CEO of Cats Corporation after ten years with ASTRA MILKEPHIR. He was aware that he was being watched by the Wu-Cats clan, which was intent on destroying this technology. Wee Catosi left a memo to his followers outlining a strategy for forming a new corporation and introducing this technology into society.
