For the first time in history the three great houses have come together in an effort to rebuild a better society from the ground up. After fleeing from the ruins of the great war they settled upon the Bleak Valley.

A destination once reserved only for the most daring exhibitions was being converted into a safe haven for freedom, liberty and democracy within the galaxy.
