About Collection 
To ensure full compatibility with the upcoming launches, smart contracts needed to be upgraded so that all updates are aligned and full functionality can be achieved. According to the roadmap, the Shield Bridge will be released soon, along with pegged tokens on 2–3 blockchains.
Shield Pegged tokens and Bridge will also allow for the launch of multichain staking.
Aside from these upgrades, additional tools are in the works, so smart contract upgrade was a must. As a result, the Shield Protocol team has decided to upgrade the smart contract, and users will receive an airdrop of new Shield tokens based on the most recent smart contract.
