Rangarians were a peaceful civilization that lived on the planet Rangar. Rangarians live long lives and have the unusual ability to change their physical form. Rangarians would use this ability sparingly because it caused severe pain when used. When Rangar was invaded by an ape-like planet, a few thousand Rangarians managed to flee and set a course for Earth. The Rangarians knew that in order to blend in and live in peace, they would have to adopt an indigenous form. The Rangarians encountered a Great White Shark after landing in the Pacific Ocean. These aliens took on the form of a massive shark due to their terrifying nature. Rangarians would travel the oceans because they could breathe above and below water. Although they were rarely seen, they became known as Shredded Sharks. The Shredded Sharks have begun to prey on apes after discovering them on Earth, fearing that the apes will eventually try to destroy them.
