About Collection
Restaurants in the United States are in "economic free fall" as a result of the ongoing increase in coronavirus cases and forced closures, with nearly 20% of dining establishments closing permanently since the outbreak began. As a result, millions of restaurant workers are struggling to make ends meet, with many unable to pay even the most basic bills or put food on the table. In the absence of significant government relief and a stalemate in state unemployment agencies, it is incumbent on us as a community to assist one another.
