Project 8008's 2842 NFTs represent the estimated 284,200 Americans diagnosed with breast cancer in 2021. The NFTs capture the proportional distributions of race, gender, and breast size, as well as the disparities in outcomes between them! The NFTs evolve as they are traded. The higher the rarity of NFTs, the greater the need for funding and awareness. Because our primary goal is to raise awareness and allow people to explore the data, the NFTs are free to mint. For example, large breasts (size F) are more rare than other sizes!
